BEST TV SERIES (MUSICAL OR COMEDY)
Should win: ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT

BEST ACTOR - TV (MUSICAL OR DRAMA)
Toss up: Zach Braff and Jason Bateman (the stars of tv's two funniest and most underrated shows)
