I'm very happy to announce that the Florida Film Festival has chosen "Naked" as part of its program to spotlight Florida filmmaking talent. Although this program is not in competition, I look forward to a world premier in my beloved State of Florida and an opportunity to have my work seen by an expanded audience.
Also, congratulations to good friends and fellow UCF filmmakers Danny Daneau ("Goodnight, Charlie") and Mark Gerstein ("Detour") who join me in the Florida sidebar, and especially to director Debby Wolfe and producer/estranged fiancee Erica Harrell whose film "Cat's Bad Hair Day" made it into competition.
For the record, I absolutely love "Goodnight, Charlie" and "Cat's Bad Hair Day" and had the pleasure of working as locations manager on "Detour," which I haven't seen yet.
